Web Survey Bibliography

Title Unintentional mobile respondents
Year 2012
Access date 18.05.2013
Abstract

Kudos to Gregg Peterson of Market Strategies International for his presentation at the CASRO Technology Conference on unintentional mobile respondents.  This term refers to the respondents who are “creeping” into web surveys using smartphones and tablets, when we as an industry do not intend for them to use these devices for survey participation.

Market Strategies examined data across multiple surveys, all non-complex in nature, to determine what is happening to the unintentional mobile respondents (UMRs).  Market Strategies provided some of the best research to date on UMR behavior inside this study itself.
